Medical Malpractice Case

Defendant neglected to diagnose Plaintiff as suffering from endometriosis and in 2013, performed a laparoscopic (robotic-assisted) hysterectomy. This resulted in an unnecessary surgery, at which time, physician did not recognize or treat a small bowel performation. Patient underwent 13 surgeries in four months time.


Medical Malpractice Case

Defendant’s lung cancer was neither recognized or treated in a timely manner.


Failure to diagnose prostate cancer

Medical provider negliged to diagnose prostate cancer in a timely manner in a 51 year-old man. The patient suffers from permanent urinary problems.


Client underwent a procedure to treat a cerebral aneurysm and upon not feeling well, she called her provider. She was not advised to seek medical attention and, ultimately, she had a stroke, which caused her to lose use in one leg. This, in turn, prevented her from returning to her work.


Client underwent an EKG, which showed second-degree heart blockage. The physician failed to call for a cardiologist to check the client before hospital discharge. The client returned to the same ER and underwent a second EKG, which showed the client’s blockage was worse, but still did not consult with a cardiologist. As a result, the client suffered a heart attack, which resulted in severe brain damage. The client died a few days later.


Nursing Home Abuse Case

This client died after being thrown from his hospital bed when it collapsed.


Medication Error Case

Client received the wrong prescription medication from a local pharmacy, resulting in some physical side effects.
